Nicole comes to Brown & Partners LLP with extensive experience having acted on behalf of insurance, municipal and corporate clients; her expertise in areas ranging from CGL coverages, municipal liability, property damage, professional negligence, product liability, occupiers’ liability, and motor vehicle personal injury.

Nicole obtained her Bachelor of Law from the University of Windsor (2002) and Master of Laws in Civil Litigation from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2008.

Nicole has been lead counsel for matters from referral to trial, including attendances before the Ontario Court of Justice, Ontario Superior Court, Divisional Court and Ontario Court of Appeal in cases such as Belende v Greenspoon, 2007 ONCA 448 (CanLII); Belende v Greenspoon, 2008 CanLii 43781 (ON SC) and Zaravellas v Armstrong, 2016 ONSC 3616 (CanLII).

Nicole is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Advocates Society, Canadian Bar Associate and the AJEFO (association des juristes d’expression française de l’ontario).
