Mikhail joined Brown & Partners LLP as an associate in 2011.

He completed his B.A. (Honours) at the University of Toronto in 2005 and his LL.B. at the University of Ottawa in 2008. He articled with a full service firm in Toronto.

His practice focuses on acting on behalf of insurers in the defence of tort and accident benefits claims.

Mikhail has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Court of Appeal.

Mikhail is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association and Canadian Bar Association.
