Megan joined Brown & Partners as an associate in July of 2017. She started her career articling with a prominent plaintiff’s personal injury firm.  Megan completed her B.A. in English Literature at the University of Queen’s in 2013, and her J.D. at the University of Western Ontario in 2016.Megan’s insurance defence practice will focus on a variety of tort defence matters including motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability and construction/property damage disputes as well as representing insurers in Accident Benefits claims.

Megan has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Small Claims Court, and has experience supporting senior lawyers in complex jury trials.

Megan is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
