David joined Brown & Partners as an associate after completing his articles in July 2017 with the Firm.   He completed his B.A at the University of Guelph in 2008, and his J.D at Bond University in 2015.

Prior to attending law school, David worked as a claims examiner at a large multinational insurer from 2009-2013, handling a variety of complex commercial claims. He also completed his CIP and CRM designations.

David has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Small Claims Court.

David’s insurance defence practice will focus on a variety of tort defence matters including motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability and construction/property damage disputes as well as representing insurers in Accident Benefits claims.

David is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
